Our Team
Jill Sudhoff-Guerin
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. She has 15 years of working in policy and communications in the Vermont Statehouse, with a focus on policies that improve public health, prevention and outdoor recreation across Vermont. She lives in Marshfield, Vermont with her husband, two daughters, and their dog Layla.
Founder
Creative and strategic in equal measure, Heida brings her experience serving in the Icelandic Parliament to advance the work of Maidstone's clients. Having served as a political advisor and having founded both political parties and start-ups, Heida's background shows the can-do, entrepreneurial spirit she brings to every project. She lives in South Hero, Vermont with her husband and son.
